Important terms for enquiries, quotations, private tours, day tours, chauffeur travel and hotel-included packages arranged by Trustker.

1. Quotations and availability
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer, including dates, route, passengers, luggage, hotel category, meal plan and activity preferences. Prices may change if the route, dates, hotel availability, vehicle type, passenger count or inclusions change.
2. Transport-only services
Transport-only prices normally include the private vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, basic parking and driver-related costs unless stated otherwise. Entrance tickets, meals, hotel costs, activity charges, safari jeeps, train tickets and guide fees are not included unless clearly mentioned in the quotation.
3. Hotel-included packages
Hotel-included package rates depend on hotel availability, room type, meal basis, travel season and cancellation conditions. Hotel names may be offered as examples or confirmed options. Final hotel confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. Activities and entrance tickets
Activity prices and entrance fees may change due to government fees, supplier rates, weather, local rules or availability. Wildlife sightings, train seats, whale watching and similar nature-based experiences cannot be guaranteed.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be stated in your quotation or booking confirmation. Some services may require an advance payment or deposit, especially when hotels, tickets, safaris or peak-season arrangements are included.
6. Passenger responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight details, hotel names, passport/visa compliance where needed, luggage information, health or mobility notes, and any special requirements before travel.
7. Route changes and delays
We try to be flexible where possible. Additional mileage, extra waiting, route changes, late-night travel, extra days or new activities may increase the price. Road conditions, weather, traffic, public events and safety considerations may affect travel time or itinerary order.
8. Vehicle and chauffeur
Vehicles are assigned according to passenger count, luggage, route and availability. Chauffeurs are expected to provide safe, helpful and professional service. Smoking inside the vehicle is not allowed.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms may vary depending on whether the booking is transport-only, hotel-included or activity-included. Please see our Cancellation Policy for general guidance. Specific supplier or hotel cancellation rules may also apply.
