Trustker respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, enquiry forms, WhatsApp, email, phone calls and tour-booking communications.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, passenger count, arrival or departure details, preferred route, hotel preferences, activity interests and any message details you choose to send us.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotations, plan private tour routes, confirm bookings, arrange drivers, coordinate hotels or activities when requested, provide customer support and improve our services.
Sharing information
We only share necessary booking or travel details with trusted service partners such as drivers, hotels, guides or activity providers when required to operate your trip or quotation. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and third-party services
If payments, hotel reservations, tickets or third-party activities are involved, the relevant payment provider, hotel or activity provider may process information under their own policies. We recommend checking those policies when using third-party services.
Website analytics, advertising and cookies
Trustker uses necessary website technology to operate enquiry forms, security features and saved privacy choices. With your permission, we may also use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand website performance, measure enquiries and improve advertising.
Advertising attribution information may include campaign parameters and Google advertising click identifiers such as gclid, wbraid and gbraid. We use these identifiers to understand which marketing activity led to an enquiry.
Our website uses Google Consent Mode. Non-essential analytics and advertising storage/user-data signals are set to denied by default until your saved privacy choice permits them. Where consent is denied, Google tags may operate in a limited or cookieless measurement mode depending on Google's current technology and settings.
