Cancellation Policy
General cancellation guidance for private Sri Lanka tours, day tours, chauffeur travel and package arrangements.

Transport-only bookings
For most transport-only bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be cancelled without a transport charge, unless a special arrangement or non-refundable cost was agreed in advance.
Late cancellation or no-show
Late cancellation, no-show, wrong travel details or major last-minute changes may be subject to a charge, especially when a vehicle and chauffeur have already been assigned or dispatched.
Hotel-included packages
Hotel cancellation rules depend on each hotel, season, room type and booking condition. Non-refundable hotel bookings, peak-season bookings and special offers may not be refundable after confirmation.
Activities, tickets and safaris
Activity providers, safari jeeps, train tickets, entrance tickets, guides and similar suppliers may have their own cancellation rules. Any non-refundable supplier cost will be explained where possible before confirmation.
Weather and operational changes
Some activities may be affected by weather, sea conditions, park rules, safety notices or supplier operations. We will try to suggest practical alternatives where possible, but refunds depend on the relevant supplier policy.
