Covid 19 mandatory Booking reference 1 & 2

1 t is mandatory the first night should be booked at an accommodation establishment in close proximity to the arrival airport until results of the on arrival PCR tests are released (Colombo/Negombo areas for arrivals from Bandaranaike/Ratmalana International Airports and Hambantota area for arrivals from Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport).


2 It is mandatory for all tourists to book all accommodation only at SLTDA registered and "Safe & Secure" certified establishments.


The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Sri Lanka. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Booking

After filling form, from our web site you will receive confirmation to your email id with in 6 hours. If in cause you don't receive please  email us to hello@trustker.com  ; You may no need to make any payment for booking. Payments once you get to your destination.

Waiting

When Arrival - 
Driver will wait from time of Arrival of your flight.  And we will wait maximum 2 hours from time flight landed. If you late then 2 hours please make us call to given number. Those waiting with no any extra charges.

When Departure - Driver will wait mentioned place lobby by given time.

Payment

All payments you need to make cash to driver, When reach your destination.  Please arrange Local currency or prior agreed currency mentioned amount, If you do not have correct amount please ask driver to stop on the way by ATM and please make it.

Vehicle/Passengers/ Smoking

All vehicles are Air-Conditioned, We do not prefer travel with open Window, number of passengers should be prior informed number should be. All Vehicle are clean you can not make vehicle dirty or damage in case subject to charge. We don't allow inside vehicle smoke.

On the Way stopping

On the way stop only for toilets or buying Water only. Stop on the way subject to extra chargers when more then 15 minutes. This rules does't not apply travel time more then 4 hours. 

Change booking

when you need to change booking please let us know by email its 100% free.

Cancellation

We understand that travel plans may change, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service. If you need to cancel your journey, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled journey time will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled journey time will be subject to a 100% payment.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled journey time by emailing hello@trustker.com or calling +94716299969. Please provide your booking details and reason for cancellation.

If you cancel your journey due to a valid medical reason or other extenuating circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
