Tea experiences: The standard Tea Experience / tea-factory programme is used only as scheduled and confirmed by Ceylon Tea Trails. Private tea tasting, kayaking, guided nature/Pekoe Trail activities and spa are separate unless specifically included.
Scenic train planning: Reserved train seats are requested but are subject to Sri Lanka Railways availability and operating conditions.
The private chauffeur remains part of the journey, carries luggage and provides the road alternative if the requested rail sector cannot be confirmed or train operations change.

Does the tea factory always operate?
No. The hotel can still explain the tea-making process when factory machinery is not operating, including Sundays or public holidays; the exact programme is confirmed with the property.
