Questions travellers ask
Is Ahu Bay adults-only?
No. Trustker does not market it as adults-only. Current public booking information says children over 12 are welcomed, while our hotel contract has an age-12 wording inconsistency, so exact eligibility for a 12-year-old is reconfirmed.
Can we book a private-pool room?
Yes. The Signature level uses the Bay View Pool Suite; the larger Pool Residence can be quoted separately.
Can we combine this with Galle?
Yes. Ahungalla is north of Galle and works well for a private Galle day without changing hotels.
Are direct-book website offers automatically included?
No. Trustker uses the package rate/offer confirmed for the booking. Any benefit advertised only for direct bookings is not assumed.
